  1. YELLOW CARD

    Norway 0-0 Spain

Michael Oliver is the referee in this game and he dishes out his first yellow card, Rodrigo going in the book for catching Ole Selnaes on the ankle.

  2. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

Half a chance for Italy as nifty footwork from Nicolo Barella gives him sight of goal but he is charged down as he shapes to shoot and the ball is deflected behind.

  3. SUBSTITUTION

    Norway 0-0 Spain

A blow for Norway as Havard Nordtveit is having to go off. He’s taken a few heavy knocks in this game and now can’t continue.

The Hoffenheim midfielder is replaced by Even Hovland, who is straight into the action as he just fails to connect with a free header inside the Spain area.

    Big chance.

  4. Elsewhere in Group J

    Liechtenstein 0-1 Armenia

Elsewhere in Group J, Armenia are beating Liechtenstein thanks to Tigran Barseghyan’s goal.

That is bad news for Finland, who lost 4-1 Bosnia and Herzegovina earlier today. Finland are currently second on 12 points but if Armenia win, they will move onto 12 points as well.

  5. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

A neat free-kick by Italy sees Leonardo Bonucci free inside the area to get a header in on goal but his effort is cleared.

  6. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

    Rabona alert!

It is not from a Spain player, though, it’s from Norway’s Omar Elabdellaoui as he skillfully finds Joshua King at the far post but his downward header is straight at the keeper.

  7. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

Norway look to attack for the first time as Martin Odegaard leads a quick counter. He slips in Joshua King but the Bournemouth forward is forced to go wide and play the ball back to the team-mate on the wing, allowing Spain to regroup. Better, though, from the hosts.

  8. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

Panteleimon Chatzidiakos is booked for Greece as a loose arm catches Ciro Immobile in the face. Italy have a free-kick but nothing comes of it.

  9. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

Lovely move almost pays dividends for Spain as Fabian Ruiz plays a brilliant back-heel flick to knock the ball into Jesus Navas’ path on the far side of the area. The winger hits a low first time ball across the face of goal that is just out of Rodrigo’s reach.

  10. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

First decent chance of the game in Italy goes the way of the visitors as Dimitris Limnios is played on side but he blasts his shot straight at the goalkeeper.

  11. Post update

    Malta 0-1 Sweden

Elsewhere, there’s been a goal in the game between Malta and Sweden with the latter taking the lead through Marcus Danielson.

  12. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

Spain started full throttle but have dropped the tempo significantly now. Mikel Oyarzabal tries to chase a ball over the top but he is covered off well by a Norway defender.

  13. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

Not much in the way of chances in these early exchanges. Both sides are a little cagey as they look to bide their time. Plenty of minutes to go yet.

  14. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

No Erling Braut Haaland for Norway tonight. The Red Bull Salzburg wonderkid has been ruled out with a hip injiury. Very keen to see how Martin Odegaard gets on, however, he has been lighting up La Liga with Real Sociedad this season.

  15. Post update

    Italy 0-0 Greece

Italy may just need a win to qualify but that will be easier said than done against a Greece side that is in do or die territory. Nothing other than a win will do for them.

  16. Post update

    Norway 0-0 Spain

Spain are quick out of the traps, pressing Norway right back on the edge of their own area as Rodrigo manages to get a shot away but it is blocked.
