Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to feature for Juventus on Sunday in a ‘traditional’ friendly.

The Portuguese superstar sensationally swapped Real Madrid for Juventus, completing a reported £100 million transfer to ply his trade in Serie A.

He’s yet to play a game for Juventus but is set to participate on Sunday.

Juventus will play their ‘B’ team in a annual pre-season fixture ahead of next weekends opening game of the season versus Chievo.

The friendly clash takes place at the ‘foot of the Italian Alps in the town of Villar Perosa – the home of the Agnelli family estate’ perMirror.

5,000 people will be in attendance for Ronaldo’s first Juventus match.

Naturally, all the tickets were snapped up at an alarming rate. Fans are desperate to see a glimpse of 33-year-old in a Juventus shirt.

Despite a modest crowd, security has been ramped up.

Anyway, while this game won’t be aired on television, U.K folks can watch Ronaldo’s first competitive game live and free on Facebook.

Ronaldo’s eagerly anticipated Juventus debut will be available for U.K football fans on Eleven Sports’ Facebook page.

As mentioned, the reigning Italian champions face a trip to Chievo on August 18th.

How many goals will Ronaldo score in the new season?

20? 30? 40?
