The sister of One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson, Félicité, has reportedly been found dead in an apartment in London.
The Sun reports the 18-year-old died of a suspected heart attack.
Police say: “[We] were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12.52pm to a residential address in SW5.”
“We sent two ambulance crews, a single responder in a car and an advanced paramedic to the scene. Sadly, despite efforts of our medics, a person died.”
The devastating news comes just two years after the singer lost his mum, Johannah Poulston, who died after battling leukemia for more than a year.
A ‘family source’ has told The Sun: “Félicité was an absolutely adored young woman who was loved by Louis and her whole family.
“They are all totally devastated, as you can imagine. She had so many friends and was such a positive happy person. It’s a massive loss to the world.
“She was a loveable, caring, bright, passionate, popular and beautiful young lady.
The newspaper alleges Louis has cancelled all promotional work, including a performance at Comic Relief where he was going to perform his new single, ‘Two Of Us’, which was dedicated to his late mum.
Louis posted a heartbreaking post on Instagram on his mum’s birthday the year after she died.
He wrote: “Happy birthday mummy, I can’t put in to words how much I miss you but I know you’re looking over us and protecting us all.
“Thank you for always being there for me, you are the bravest women ever and a little fighter but gods takes the best, I hope your safe and having a nice birthday filled with fun.
“I hope I have made you proud and continue to and I love you billions, i will never forget you because you are the most important person in my life and I am eternally grateful for all the amazing memories I had with you mummy.”
When he found out about his mum’s diagnosis, she encouraged him to still perform his single with Steve Aoki onThe X Factor.
He told the Observer Magazine: “I remember saying to her: ‘Mum, how the fuck do you expect me to do this now?’ And she didn’t swear much, my mum.
“She’d always tell me off for swearing. And this time she was like: ‘You’ve got to fucking do it, it’s as simple as that.’ It was football manager, team talk stuff.”
In addition to the tough family news, Louis’ dad revealed last year that he was battling liver cancer.
