Amid all the controversy surrounding Michael Jackson, many are looking to his family to see if they could shed any light on the allegations made in the controversial documentaryLeaving Neverland.

The two-part documentary includes testimony from people who allege the King of Pop sexually abused them while they were children.

Well, MJ’s middle child, Paris, has been asked about what she thinks of the claims in the HBO special.

“There’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said in regards to defense [sic]. Taj is doing a perfect job on his own,” she wrote on Twitter.

“I support him. But that’s not my role. I’m just tryna [sic] get everyone to chill out and go with the flow, be mellow and think about the bigger picture. That’s me.”

In the tweet, she refers to her cousin Taj, MJ’s nephew, who announced this week that he was planning to make a counter documentary and go through all the legal evidence against his famous uncle.

Speaking with NME, Taj said: “It’s going to start off with the 1993 allegations because I think that’s where everything started. So it’s going to start there.

“It’s going to talk about the settlement in terms of the civil suit and why he settled. At one point he was very against settling and angry and then gave in. So why did he do that? So it’s going to talk about all of that. 1993/1994 to 2005 are the big parts of his life.

“So this is not going to be a puff piece. it’s not going to be, ‘Oh, let’s show Michael Jackson the humanitarian.’ This is about exposing all the things that have been mustering for 20, 30 years.”

Taj is hoping to be able to speak to the people who have accused Jackson of child sexual abuse and challenge their version of events – provided that they want to speak with him.

Many viewers took to Twitter to share their disgust following the documentary, with countless people claiming to have been made to feel physically sick by the allegations.

One person said: “I was so excited to watch #LeavingNeverland but now I’m not sure why. I feel physically sick watching these two brave men give such a graphic description of the abuse they experienced from someone the world idolised.”

Another said: “Feel physically sick watching this and hearing this. Knowing I have a little boy and knowing these boys went through this is sickening.”

Protests have taken place outside Channel 4’s offices, with fans disregarding the claims as a ‘scam’, implying the men were trying to make money form the show, and that no hard evidence was found when the FBI raided his home.
