Stephen Curry’s wife Ayesha Curry has revealed on social media her secrets to maintaining a healthy, fit and sexy body while in quarantine because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This week, the American-Canadian actress-model took to Instagram to share with her 7.3 million followers her diet and workout routine while staying at home due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

“I started my fitness journey because I wanted to be strong and healthy for myself and the people who depend on me. But it was important that I did it my way, which meant I needed working out to fit in my life, not take me away from it,” Ayesha wrote in her caption to the two photos of her exercising that she shared on the platform.

“I hate the term balance, because I don’t think there’s any formula that works for everyone, but I do believe that creating time for yourself to exercise is never time wasted,” she added.

The celebrity chef then disclosed that she looked for ways to incorporate healthy habits into her hectic schedule and she picked up a few tricks along the way. Curry said that the small changes she made, like creating yummy and healthy recipes and doing 10-minute workouts, really helped her shed pounds and maintain a healthy weight.

Ayesha then revealed that she will be sharing more tips through her new collaboration with Fitbit. Apparently, she and the fitness products company have come up with an exclusive series that will roll out episodes all summer long. The episodes will be available via the Premium service on the Fitbit app.

In a previous Instagram Story, the wife of the NBA superstar revealed that she lost 35 pounds after spending her entire 20s having babies and taking care of them. She also revealed that she’s been eating healthier foods on top of doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), some cardio and floor exercises.

Last year, Ayesha admitted in an interview with Jada Pinkett-Smith that she was struggling with her self-confidence after noticing all the attention her husband’s been receiving from multiple women.

“Something that really bothers me, and honestly has given me a sense of a little bit of an insecurity, is the fact that, yeah, there are all these women, like, throwing themselves (at her husband Stephen), but me, like the past 10 years, I don’t have any of that. I have zero, this sounds weird, but, like, male attention, and so then I begin to internalize it, and I’m like, ‘Is something wrong with me?'” she was quoted as saying by Daily Mail.
