Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan shared a snap of his enormous garden at his countryside home, and it is so large that many thought it was a park.

The outspoken TV star shared the image of his lawn at his country retreat in the sleepy village of Newick in East Sussex, complete with adorable rabbits leaping across his view.

The 55 year old shared the stunning pastoral scene, and captioned it, “It’s like Watership Down in my garden this morning,” in reference to the 1972 book about rabbits by Richard Adams.

Fans were quick to comment on the snap, amazed that the sprawling greenery was in fact Piers’ garden and not a communal park.

One fan wrote: “That’s not a garden that’s a park!!”

While another commented: “Garden???? I thought you are in the park !!!”

A third added: “Garden that’s more like a local park,” alongside a shocked face emoji.

Piers is currently on a break from Good Morning Britain for three weeks, along with his co-host Susanna Reid, which means he has gone back to relax and enjoy his massive garden.

It also has gravelled area complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating area, as well as an incredible swimming pool surrounded by fencing and trees.

However, the same can not be said of his London garden, as fans found out during the lockdown.

Back in April, the presenter shamed sunbathers via Twitter for flouting the lockdown measures, and called them “traitors to every NHS worker.”

And, in response to trolls, Piers decided to snap a picture of his “massive f***ing garden” as a result, which showcased a modest leafy space, with a garden table and chairs in shot.

Piers, who also owns a £4.2m mansion in Hollywood, tweeted: “For all those asking, this is the size of my ‘massive f***king garden’ at my London home where I will be for the duration of this crisis.”

He added: “I can only apologise for the ostentatious, luxurious enormity of it.”

Well, Piers must be very happy to now be in the countryside after so many months without acreage to roam…
