Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, can be seen posing with a magazine depicting her sister-in-lawKateon the cover in a snap recently resurfaced. In the picture, whose origins are unclear, a smiling Meghan is holding U Magazine magazine while wrapped in a cosy and oversized white jumper and black leather trousers. In the picture, she is with the deputy editor of the magazine at the time. The cover of U Magazine, published on December 9 2014, features Kate and the headline “twins”.
Meghan had written small article about sunglasses for the issue.
Bearing in mind the date of the magazine Meghan is holding, it is likely the headline refers to speculation Kate was expecting twins while pregnant of little Princess Charlotte, who was born a few months later in May 2015.
The picture was shared on Instagram by a fan account dedicated to Meghan, called _Duchess_of_Sussex.
The royal fan wrote as a caption to go with the picture: “Back in 2014, Meghan was featured in U Magazine, and have a look at who is on the cover!

“Crazy how life works out, now they’re sisters-in-law.
“Meghan and Harry met in 2016, got engaged in 2017, got married in 2018 and had their first child, Archie, in 2019.”
Many royal fans commented on the picture speaking of the “crazy” coincidence.
One wrote: “That’s crazy ! I bet in a million years she never thought she would be part of that family.
“Life can be so unpredictable.”

Another said: “Funny how life works like this”.
And a third said: “I’m happy it happened to a wonderful person like Meghan.
“God has a plan for her and Harry to make a huge change in many lives in this world.
“I’m especially happy Harry found his true love and he is very happy!

Express.co.uk has contacted the Instagram account to verify the source of the picture.
The brief article written by Meghan while she was starring in US legal show Suits, shows how the Duchess was already interested in ethical fashion.
In a column where A-listers were asked what they were hoping to receive for Christmas, Meghan wrote: “Though I will eternally love my Rayban aviators, it’s good to change things up.

The relationship between Meghan and Kate is believed to have been difficult in the past months, as various royal insiders have claimed they were entwined in a bitter row.
However, other sources said the real feud was truly between Prince Harry and Prince William.
The Duchesses have put up a common front in the past weeks, appearing together at a charity polo match and at the women’s singles final at Wimbledon.
And a source toldHello! magazine Kate and Meghan have grown closer since the birth of Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor.
They said: “Kate was a great source of support to Meghan in the days leading up to Archie’s birth and, despite reports of a rift, they are family and have a really lovely friendship.
“Their relationship has certainly evolved over time and they have become closer since Meghan’s wedding.
