Scooter Braun and Sydney Sweeney’s relationship has become one of Hollywood’s most talked-about romances since they made it public.
The music executive and the actress have been spotted together around New York City and Los Angeles. During the past year, they have also appeared side by side at a series of high-profile events, including the Euphoria season 3 premiere in Los Angeles, the Stagecoach Festival, and more recently, multiple New York Knicks playoff games and NBA Finals match-ups.
Sweeney and Braun first sparked romance rumors shortly after the actress ended her engagement to longtime partner Jonathan Davino in 2025. She and Braun were later seen hanging out in Italy shortly after her split with Davino, and they were also spotted at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding festivities in Venice, prompting early rumors of a romance.
Even though they both kept the relationship relatively under the radar for several months, more than half a year later, the couple made things Instagram official. They hard-launched their romance with a post made by Sweeney on her Instagram Stories of the couple at the Euphoria premiere, which Braun reposted. During Stagecoach, Sweeney posted a carousel of photos that included moments with Braun.
While the couple has kept most details of their relationship private, their growing list of public appearances suggests things have become increasingly serious.
Braun divorced Yael Cohen in 2022 after eight years of marriage and three children. Sweeney was with Davino for seven years before ending their relationship and engagement in March 2025.

Both Sweeney and Braun are seen together in Italy. While they were both there for the festivities surrounding Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding, they were seen hanging out before the wedding. While the encounter sparked rumors of a possible romance, nothing was confirmed.

September 2025: Dating Speculation Begins to Grow
The couple was photographed on various outings and TMZ reported that Braun and Sweeney were casually dating. They were spotted numerous times while out on dinner dates in Los Angeles. While they were still keeping any sign of the romance under wraps, they were later photographed holding hands at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles.

October-November 2025: The Relationship Strengthens
In October, the actress and Braun were seen holding hands, and a source told Us Weekly that while they weren’t putting labels on it yet, the two were “dating and it has become more serious.” The couple continued making low-key appearances, but they were once more spotted holding hands while out in New York City in November.

The couple’s romance got more serious, with People reporting that the relationship shifted from casual to formal after a source confirmed to the outlet that they were in a committed relationship.

Sweeney and Braun were seen together in Los Angeles, holding hands and talking.

May 2026: Sweeney Posts Photos of Her and Scooter at Stagecoach
On May 1, Sweeney shared a carousel of photos that included moments with Braun at Stagecoach and captioned it, “Cowboy kind of weekend.” On May 13, Sweeney posted a series of clips of her and Braun on the beach, as well as in a helicopter. Later that month, Braun went on Second Thought With Suzy Weiss and the Free Press and spoke of Sweeney as “An extraordinary woman who is kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth.”

June 2026: They Attend The NBA Finals Together
Sweeney and Braun were spotted at Game 4 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden. Sweeney shared photos on her Instagram Stories showing Braun visibly tense and focused on the game, while the couple wore matching Knicks-inspired outfits.
Sweeney also surprised Braun with tickets to see the final in San Antonio, Texas. In an Instagram video, Braun is aboard a private jet after the game, making a toast and celebrating Sweeney, saying, “Syd, I love you and your family so much. You’re the greatest good luck charm for a New York Knicks and Jets fan in history.”
