Role Overview
The Remote Social Media Associate works with a global team to strengthen Kiva’s online engagement. The position is full-time and does not require phone use.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Kiva’s mission and audience

- Collaborate with creative and growth teams to support broader digital goals
Required Experience
Candidates must have at least two years of social media management experience. Familiarity with Sprout Social is essential.
Experience with Canva is preferred for designing engaging visuals. A college degree is not required.
Compensation and Benefits
The role pays $51,700 to $62,600 annually. This reflects a competitive rate for remote positions in the nonprofit sector.
