Remington Hospitality Builds In-House Social Media Division

DALLAS, Texas—Remington Hospitality announced the results of a strategic shift that established a centralized in-house division now leading the end-to-end social media strategy across its portfolio. The team has generated more than $3 million in attributable revenue, a 37:1 return on ad spend, 63.7 million impressions, and 4.2 million video views across the portfolio.

“What makes Remington’s In-House Social Media vertical different is how immersed we are,” said Alexis Levy, director of social media and communications, Remington Hospitality. “We are already in the conversation, shaping the narrative before a renovation begins, a menu launches, or a milestone happens. That big-picture visibility is what transforms social media from a marketing line item into a genuine business driver, combined with brand partnerships that extend reach well beyond owned channels. The results speak for themselves.”

Remington’s In-House Social Team’s approach goes beyond content calendars. The team manages every layer of a property’s social presence, including professional photo and video production, paid social, influencer and DMO partnerships, and community management, while staying ahead of emerging trends to capitalize on cultural moments before they peak. The result is a fully integrated strategy in which every element works together to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue, delivering the measurable impact that matters most to ownership and management.

Additional Details

Since launch, the portfolio has grown by 31,511 followers, generating 2.5 million engagements, which marked a 110.2 percent increase.

The program’s impact includes new openings, rebrands, and landmark anniversaries. At La Concha Key West, an Autograph Collection Hotel, Remington’s in-house social media team led the social strategy around the grand reopening and the property’s 100th anniversary, growing its Instagram following by 1,137.9 percent and generating eight million impressions.

At Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown, the team took over four months post-opening to transform the property’s social presence through professional lifestyle content, achieving a 711.9 percent increase in impressions and a 2,025.7 percent increase in engagements in under two years. The strategy extended beyond the feed by developing Annex After Dark, an ongoing rooftop event series; executing influencer campaigns with lifestyle, food, and travel creators; and partnering with Visit Fort Worth to drive regional awareness. The quality of the content earned recognition from Le Méridien’s global Instagram account, which featured the hotel’s Avec Amour video on its permanent feed as an example of the brand’s lifestyle vision.

“Having Remington’s Social Team embedded in how we brought La Concha’s 100th anniversary to life made a real difference,” said Bob Spoto, VP/Area General Manager, La Concha Key West. “They were not simply amplifying what we were doing.  They were shaping the story. The growth speaks for itself, but what stands out is that this team genuinely understands what these properties mean to their guests.”
