Patch 1.005.1 available to download now
by Liam Croft

Housemarque has updated Saros to version number 1.005.1 with a Photo Mode that also adds a DLC Trophy Pack to its roguelike shooter. The new update is available to download now.
On the team’s website, the patch notes speak of a Photo Mode with the usual camera controls, lens, lighting, and image tweaks, and various effects and decorations you can apply to your shot. To encourage you to use it, nine Trophies have been added as a DLC pack separate from the base game.
You don’t need to unlock them to earn the Platinum Trophy, though you do now need them for 100% completion — that means any current Platinum Trophy holders will have to go back and unlock these extra Trophies if they want their 100% completion back. That includes me!
The tweet below has a few examples of what you can create:
You can view the new Trophies on PSN Profiles, but they all require you to “frame” specific locations in the game, like entrances to Overlords, Nightmare Gates, and landmarks across Carcosa. You will also need to get up very close and personal and take pictures of five different Alpha enemies.
Below you’ll find the Saros PS5 Update 1.005.1 Patch Notes.
