FromSoftware is getting ready to kick off its network test for The Duskbloods this weekend, but it looks like a gameplay video has leaked ahead of time.
WARNING: descriptive spoilers of the footage to follow.
We’re not going to embed or provide a link to the footage here, but needless to say, it’s not particularly difficult to find. Uploaded to Bilibili, the video can now be found all over social media and YouTube, and depicts a 3v3 multiplayer fight called the ‘Grail Battle’, or ‘Moon Blood Bestowal’.
Here’s the brief description from the loading screen:
“The final battle, on the night of dusk.
“The grail beckons three Bloodsworn, but the moontears will flow for one and one alone.”
The battle itself takes place on a rooftop with what looks to be a pool of blood in its centre. The entire scene is bathed in the red glow of the moon while our participants duke it out. It seems each is able to call upon a summon ally to aid in battle, with players also able to transform periodically to execute special attacks.
The gameplay looks very fast and frantic, combining Bloodborne‘s dodge mechanic with Elden Ring‘s ability to jump at will. One the battle is over, a message appears onscreen to proclaim “You are the Victor of this Dusk”. Pretty cool.
