About the Role
The Billing Operations Lead manages the entire billing lifecycle for retail partners. This includes ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Daily tasks include creating standard operating procedures, spotting process gaps, and suggesting automation. The lead works closely with Finance, Product, and Legal teams to keep systems aligned with business goals and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements

At least five years of experience in billing operations is required. Candidates must show a history of managing financial workflows and resolving billing issues.
Technical skills include experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing platforms. Strong analytical skills through Excel and SQL are essential. Familiarity with SOX and ASC 606 is expected.
