Paul Grant, who starred in both Harry Potter and Star Wars, passed away at the age of 56 after falling at King’s Cross station.

The actor, who played a goblin in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone and an Ewok in Return of the Jedi, was discovered unconscious near King’s Cross station in London last Thursday.

Paul Grant, who portrayed an Ewok in Return of the Jedi and a goblin in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, was discovered unconscious near King’s Cross station in London last Thursday afternoon.

Sophie Jayne Grant, the 56-year-daughter, old’s confirmed his death to Sky News, saying: “I’m sad… No girl deserves to lose their father… He was well-known and loved [for his work]. He’s gone much too soon.”

Mr Grant was proclaimed dead at 3.49 a.m. this morning, but had already been certified brain dead following his fall.

In addition to Star Wars and Harry Potter, the 4ft 4in actor played in the 1988 picture Willow and the 1986 cult classic Labyrinth opposite David Bowie.

“We were summoned at 2.08pm on Thursday 16 March to reports of an incident at St Pancras Station, Euston Road,” stated a London Ambulance Service spokeswoman.

“We dispatched an ambulance team and a medic in a response car. We treated a man on the scene and rushed him to the hospital.”

Mr Grant is survived by his partner Maria, his two daughters and one son, as well as his stepchildren and grandkids.
