Mexican avocado sauce
- avocado – 1 pc.
- parsley – 1/2 bunch (or coriander)
- lime juice – 2 tbsp. fresh
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp. fresh
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and cut the inside into cubes.
Place together with the cilantro (I used parsley), lime and lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt in the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth.
If your sauce is too thick, water can be added. Finally, salt is added to taste.
This Mexican Avocado Dip is the perfect side dish for a variety of meats, tortilla chips, or whatever you like.
